Exercise for weight loss
Men love curves - Trap for the extra kilos that we liked the guy, and yet stronger sex sees it quite differently.
According to a study the agency does ElitePartner 25 percent of men versus women rounded shape anything, quite the contrary! The fact is that your partner does not want just to watch, but you also need something "grab"! This experiment demonstrates another Dutch university, where they rate the attractiveness of female bodies on the one hand, men without visual disturbances and blind on the other.
Blind men to women only affect the health of participants in the experiment and just watch. Both groups preferred the more vigorous forms. So, dear ladies, do not fret for Christmas extra kilos, because it is them you are sexy! Exercises to slim figure - if you've indulged over the holiday and now feel remorse try the following exercise:-
Exercise number one: Steering rotation
You have to take dumbbells. Assume a position as the click (Supported exercises supine with a tight body). Vah transfer to the left arm, right arm lift off the ground, turn the upper body to the right side, bend your right arm and pull the bar up. Elbow heading towards the ceiling. Then repeat the exercise on the other side, and ten times you replace the side.
Exercise number two: Rowing - Engage stand upright. To each hand take-pound dumbbell (or liter bottle of water). Slightly lean forward, keep your arms tight, hold dumbbells knees.
